Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and nourishes the mother who is giving so much energetically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually to develop their growing baby.

We begin in the side-lying position for back body massage, first your left side, and then your right, propping you with many pillows and cushions for optimal support. Then, with the support of a wedge cushion, and bolster for your legs, you lie down on your back, to receive the foot massage and front body massage.

Prenatal massage is a beautiful gift to give to yourself and someone you know who is expecting. It helps to relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy, including back pain, hip pain, leg pain, and neck and shoulder tension.
