Cocoon Portugal is a 275 acre coastal farm and retreat center. Cocoon is located on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages. From Lisbon, it’s about 2.5 hours drive south. The ocean, with bluffs, trails, and sandy coves, is a 15 minute drive away.

Cocoon offers an indoor yoga space for practicing, as well as an outdoor platform. The location is idyllic and quiet, very much off the beaten path — a quintessential retreat. We will practice hatha flow yoga in the morning and restorative yin in the evening. Cocoon serves three vegetarian meals per day and dining is outside. During your free time, you can swim on the large pond on the land, drive to one of the many beaches, go kayaking on the river, or simply rest and read.
